Susan Frech is co-founder and CEO of Social Media Link (SML), bringing more than 20 years of experience within the advertising and marketing services space. Susan recognized early the challenge brands would face when building their audiences on a social network and built a company that allows brands to actually take back control of their followers and not be held hostage by third-party channels or one-way consumer engagements when executing advocacy, focus groups and overall general marketing campaigns.
